A Lazy Day at the Beach
February 4, 2005

It's feeling more like Spring than the dead of winter here in Newport Beach...

...so it seemed like time to take the girls to the beach.

There's never a dull moment when we take Starlet and Rainbow for an adventure.

But for a moment they are watchful.

And lovey-dovey.

An Unguarded Moment

Did I ever tell you that umbrellas are one of my favorite things? Here's a Chaplinesque moment of me not posing but being just me alone with the ocean, the sand, and the wind.

The girls take a break from tugging Thomas up and down the
beach. Rainbow has spied a little Pomerianian coming to visit.

If it was just a little warmer, I'd have worn my bikini.

Thomas has an armload of trouble here with two squirming Minpins.

A nice young man passing by was kind enough...

...to take our picture wading in the surf with the girls.

Back on dry land, Starlet spots a flock of pigeons.

She calls Rainbow over to take a look.

Rainbow holds still for a portrait, while Starlet inspects the pigeons more closely.

Meanwhile, back home, it's time for a little ADULT entertainment as I model a pom-pom G-string that Julie Strain sent for my birthday. These two G-string pictures are dedicated to Danni, Jo, Felipe, and Bob! It's not quite a pose in my birthday suit...but it's close enough. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday to me! I'm, er, seventy-something!
