I was thirteen here in my first high heels. (I borrowed them from my mother and they were Kelly green.)

Dale Cleaves was my best friend. He would get me milkshakes and let me use his car.

My first date and my first real love--R.L. Musgrave. He was part Native American from Oklahoma and all man.

Circa 1954, Edward G. Robinson--the worlds best bad guy. This was taken at MaCambo in Hollywood, but I visited him many times on the set of a movie he made at Universal. We became very good friends, but his kisses always tasted of cigar smoke. A lovely, kind man.

A cast picture of "Once Upon a Time" at Ben Bard's Drama School theater. It was my first lead in a play. The skinny guy sitting next to me in the center was the director, Aaron Spelling. I did two more plays that Aaron directed. Shortly after this I did "Come Back Little Sheba" (not directed by Aaron) and was discovered by a Universal talent scout.

Albert "Zuggy" Zugsmith, my favorite Producer/Director (and one of the first "Indy" producers) threatening me with a pie in the face between scenes during the filming of "Girl's Town" at MGM. Also in this movie one of my favorite singers, Paul Anka. I sang the title song which Paul wrote.
